Doug Elfman from the Chicago Sun Times crucifies (couldn't resist) ABC and CBS in his review of two recent made-for-tv movies about Pope John Paul II. One of my favorite lines:
"Reviewing TV is time-consuming, but it's not sweaty work like digging ditches. Though, now and then, it does feel as if life is slipping away whenever I have to endure commercial art that is seemingly created from the waste product of an alien goat people."
