What you asked it to do and what it returned
A screenshot, if it helps

Leave out passwords, account numbers, and other personal data you don't need to share.

Problems with the app itself

Sign-in, billing, and installation problems belong to the platform. For ChatGPT and Codex, use OpenAI Help.
